VALENTINE'S DAY

Love you Mr. Ralph

  1. Sweet. The pictures says it all. I hope you had a sweet day remembering Mr. Ralph yesterday.

May I tell you about a dream I had last night that seemed so utterly real? My hubby's been gone nearly nine years and I haven't dreamed about him in years.... In my dream, I vividly heard a knock on my bedroom door, 'waking me up'. There he stood, standing tall, looking so healthy and handsome. I said "It can't be you!!!". He replied, "Yes I'm here. I'm doing the laundry".

Well, I'll be. I had to tell somebody. LOL

Life is full of surprises, isn't it?

    1. Ah ha ha ha!!! I've only had ONE dream so far but it was so real. He climbed into bed with me one morning and gave me the hug of my life. The timing could not have been better! Our daughter dreams of him all the time. Wonder what this means?

    2. Now THAT's a great dream! I'd put that one auto-repeat.

I figure there's some wisdom beyond my own that gives us what we need when we need it. Maybe your kind of dream will pop up in my dreams LOL

  2. I had a dream of my husband just last night. He was on his way to Vermont to make a movie of all things and I got a ticket for parking too far from the curb. Don't know what it all means. Yet, but I can usually figure them out.

AK: you probably do dream of your husband but you just don't remember them. I spent several years learning how to recall dreams which amounts to grabbing a pen and dream diary before you even get up. You jotting down the first, fleeting fragments that come to your mind. Eventually, more and more of your dreams will stay around long enough for you to write them down. If you don't write them down, they vanish very quickly as the day goes on unless you do that transfer to your conscious mind from you subconscious. I did a blog on dream theory once if you're ever bored enough to use my search box to find it.

    1. HE got to make the movie and you got the ticket? Where's the justice?! That makes me remember - we actually produce all the roles in our dreams.

I'll review my own dream now...

  3. I love the simplicity and effectiveness of that photo. No words necessary.

    1. Mr. Ralph LOVED red flowers. Last year when people asked what they could do ... I asked them to plant a red geranium. Every time I see the color red, I think of him!!

And I believe that a picture is worth a thousand words!
