I used to have to have coffee in the morning for years and did. Then when home had a pot brewing most of day and evening, dragging a cup with me through the house as did my SIL. For some time now, though I’m retired, I may or may not have a cup or two in the morning, or other times of day, but may have days with no coffee at all —seems not to matter. But....I finally started drinking decaf years ago, so maybe that’s the difference.
