DIALING IT BACK

After a year of staying mostly at home, my blogger brain is working at half speed.  The kidults are still treating me like royalty, the boys are as entertaining as ever but even I know that's not enough to write about.

I'm going to try posting once a week, on Sunday, and hope my life will become more interesting once I go out more.  Oregon is opening up a bit yet without being able to get the vaccine, I'm treating the world as unsafe.  I turn 69 in May which is probably when I'm eligible!!!

Here's hoping my friends will continue to pop by!

  1. It's really getting to a lot of us that we've been at this stay-at-home thing almost a year.

Good luck with your new blogging schedule. I may do the same later in the summer when I get knee deep into moving stuff.

    1. I think I've had a bug for the past ten days. SOOOOO tired (after sleeping 10-12 hours). Total fatigue and no get up and go. Today (Friday) is the first day I've felt (Covid) normal!

  2. Hang in there! I'm still waiting to get the covid vaccination too. I qualify for it in my state but so far my clinic is only offering to 70 years old and over. I am also in the state lottery for over 65 years old but I haven't been selected yet:(

    1. Our state is mostly doing big clinics ... and I sure don't want to be around that many people! Hoping my pharmacy gets some vaccine soon!

  3. I went to the once a week and it has worked marvelously for me. Took the chore out of blogging and made it fun again.
    Enjoy your new schedule.

  4. Here in California I recently got my second jab. Yet experts do not know if vaccinated people can spread Covid, so we must continue to mask, etc. Plus of 100 people who are vaccinated only 95 (about) are protected from getting Covid, so, again, we must continue to mask, etc. It is a great step in the right direction though. I went grocery shopping in a store recently, kind of fun after two months having all food delivered.
