I love reading about how they do it even when they don't want to. Although I have joined Weight Watchers, I'm not following the program every single day. And I need to.
My biggest downfall? BLTs. Bites, licks and tastes. Mr. 6.5 and Mr. 3 usually leave a bit on their plates. Jesse and Kate are such good cooks, I can't bear to waste those little morsels.
