HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I am thankful I have had so many Thanksgiving Days.  From great big family get togethers with Aunts and Uncles, to just the two of us, to hosting dinners for 25+, at restaurants, to being invited over, to celebrating all on my own.  I've loved every one of them.  Traditional foods, gluten free foods, vegetarian food and seafood.

May your day be exactly as you'd like!

    2. Well, don't make that a new tradition! Hope you are feeling better now.

    3. Working on it! I'm one of those people when doctors say 10 days to 2 weeks ... I'm the person at the 2 week level! Don't feel bad at all, just hacking cough!

  2. Sorry about your cold! We had a quiet Thanksgiving this year, just the 2 of us, but we marveled that this is our 40th Thanksgiving we shared together! Hoping you feel better soon and late greetings for a Happy Thanksgiving! By the way, I was pleasantly surprised, but I made stove top stuffing in the microwave a few weeks back when we did an early Thanksgiving celebration with family. It came out tasty. Whoever would have thought?

    1. Stuffing is my favorite part of turkey dinner. I'd be happy with just turkey, stuffing and gravy!

Once children become adults and have their own children, the timing for all holidays changes. I'm lucky to just have one daughter and they go to his side of the family ON the day, so we celebrate before or after. Just as tasty!
