Isn't this true sometimes? I'm glad I made it to this phase of life. Where I am dying to just live happy and healthy, and give back to my community. Family and friends are what really matter.

It's so hard to stay focused on the present and not look to the future. Sounds like you've got it figured out. I wish I did.

ReplyDeleteI so agree. For an awfully long time, I was tormented by past hurts and I was dying to get to a more contented and calm life. Then, I was dying to know what the future might hold and worrying about how I was going to fulfill some dreams. And now, I am dying, but in "living the present moment" kind of way and it is so much calmer and peaceful than worrying about things over which I had or have no control. Ah-hh
